I love swimming – specifically sea swimming.

I love to bake something sweet and sit down with a nostalgic book!
Giving myself a break and allowing myself to ignore my responsibilities for the evening so I can fully relax with a fluffy blanket, all of the pillows in the house, fairy lights and a lit candle.
Making hot chocolate and playing video games
I bake for my family and friends (and myself) to help me feel better after a bad day!

Going for regular walks is a great way to clear your head. I usually go first thing in the morning, it wakes me up and sets me up right for the day ahead.
I find it’s really important to get out of the house, especially on days when you don’t really feel like it. Even if it’s just a short walk, being somewhere new can be really refreshing.
Sit and listen to your mind and your body. Take even just 5 minutes in your day to just sit with yourself and see if you need anything, even as simple as a cup of tea or a good chat!
